Professional Video Editor and Animator to join our team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who is proficient in ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on Odoo software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing valuable insights to support our business decisions. This role requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We can train you in the area of ERP and Odoo Software, for those without the foundational knowledge in these area.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial statements.

Utilize Odoo ERP software to manage and streamline accounting processes.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
- Participate in the training, implementation and optimization of ERP systems, focusing on Odoo.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Continuously improve accounting processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA,
FRC, ICAN, ANAN...) is a plus.

Proven experience as an Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Odoo software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use digital software to automate process.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
