Servercrib Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and plugins, as well as ensuring responsive design and optimal site performance. This role requires a blend of programming skills, including PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with content management systems and an eye for design are also essential.
Responsibilities

Design and implement new features and functionalities for WordPress websites.

Establish and guide the website’s architecture to ensure a visually appealing and highly functional end product.

Build custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WordPress sites, plugins, and themes.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and high SEO rankings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design user-centered digital experiences.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in WordPress development.
Requirement

Any relevant academic qualification

3+ years of proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.

Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL for back-end development.
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and web applications.
- Familiarity with WordPress plugin development, theme customization, and WordPress best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them in WordPress sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
Nice to have

Experience with WooCommerce, WP Bakery, Elementor, and other popular WordPress plugins.

Familiarity with other CMS platforms and basic understanding of web hosting.
